COVID-19 and SMD: We are Open for URGENT visits only

Dear patients,

In light of the latest mandatory shelter-in-place order, we have now cancelled all routine office appointments until further notice. We are open to urgent appointments, however. If you must be seen for urgent concerns such as skin infections, abscesses, shingles, severe rashes, etc., please call our office to schedule, or you can select option 8 to hear instructions on how to create a TeleHealth (virtual) visit.

For current patients with non-urgent questions and prescription refills, please reach out to your SMD provider via the patient portal: https://smd.ema.md.

If you are unable to create a TeleHealth visit or login to the patient portal, please call our office at 415-887-9758 and leave a message. A member of our staff will call return your call within 24-hours.
