Our current patients can conveniently start a virtual Telehealth appointment via their EMA patient portal!

Telehealth offers the chance to video conference with your provider on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

TO GET STARTED:

o     Send us a message from the portal and provide some brief details about your concerns.

o     Our staff will then reply to you with more details, including how to send proper photos and relevant scheduling information. You can also call the clinic for more details and scheduling information.

THE DAY OF YOUR VIRTUAL TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT:

o     At your appointment time and when your provider is ready to meet with you, you will receive a text via your smartphone. Just click the link in the text and you will be securely entered into the video conference.

Most Telehealth appointments allow us to provide you with a diagnosis and treatment plan and send any necessary prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy. If your condition requires closer skin examination or the performance of a diagnostic test (skin biopsy, skin culture, etc) you will be instructed to follow-up for an in-person appointment.

Fees apply for each Telehealth case submitted. Most health insurances cover Telehealth visits.
