We are happy that Marin County and the Bay Area are doing relatively well in terms of COVID-19 cases. We have been closely monitoring County and State Health Guidelines and are pleased to resume more healthcare services. We are following strict sterilization guidelines within the clinic for everyone’s safety.
We will continue to encourage TeleHealth visits as the BEST option for all appointment types that are amendable to it: acne, rosacea, melasma, most rashes, eczema, and psoriasis are some examples. This will allow us to continue to keep everyone (our patients, staff, doctors and their families) as safe as possible.
Now you may schedule the treatment of any dermatologic condition (not just skin cancers any longer) e.g. painful or irritating lesions, injections of scars, wart treatments, psoriasis or vitiligo laser treatments, biopsy or removal of bothersome spots.
Naturally, we continue to prioritize visits for our most urgent patients, such as those with a personal history of skin cancer AND a newly changed lesion/mole, or new onset of blistering rashes, lacerations, etc.
We will be able to offer elective cosmetic treatments as well. For cosmetic treatments (Botox, Dysport) we will be providing facial treatments where the patient may continue to wear their mask throughout the visit. Therefore no lip filler/augmentation or jowl correction with filler will be offered just yet.
