SMD Clinic Closed 12/11/2014 in AM due to Storm

Due to the intense winds and rainstorm, we are opting to close the clinic in the morning. We will be reaching out to patients to reschedule their appointment.
If the storm passes and it appears safe for all to drive (patients and staff), then the afternoon clinic will operate from 2-5pm. Otherwise, we will be calling to reschedule too.
