Facts about Dr. Decker

Her Education & Experience:

Upon completion of fellowship, Dr. Decker was recruited to the faculty at Cooper University Hospital / Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. During her time at Cooper, she performed thousands of skin cancer surgeries and reconstructions, ran a complex cutaneous oncology clinic at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, and was involved with teaching at all levels of medical education. Dr. Decker also has extensive expertise in cosmetic dermatology including neuromodulators, soft tissue fillers, chemical peels, ablative/non-ablative laser, resurfacing, and sclerotherapy.

Her Passion & Philosophy:

Dr. Decker is committed to practicing empathetic and patient-centered medicine. She creates a safe environment that fosters open dialogue and a trusting relationship with each patient to create space for a collaborative approach to treatment and care. Due to her advanced skills in both surgical and cosmetic techniques, Dr. Decker delivers exquisite aesthetic outcomes.

Dr. Decker has numerous publications to her name, including original research in leading dermatology journals such as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Dermatologic Surgery Journal.
